Shipping Policy
Processing time is separate from shipping. Processing time includes handcrafting, prepping and packaging your order. Most products available are either made in small batches or made to order. I am only one person running this shop so depending on what you order, processing time can take anywhere from 2-5 days, depending on the volume of orders received. I work on orders 7 days a week; however, please be patient because I also work 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. I do my best to start on orders as soon as I come home so they can be shipped in a timely manner.
As far as shipping, it can take anywhere from 1-5 days depending on your location and what you select as far as shipping. We usually ship USPS because that is the cheapest option for our customers however, if you would like us to send FedEx or UPS for whatever reason, please reach out to me so we can arrange that.
GENERAL INFORMATION
It is your responsibility to ensure your address is correct upon check out. Once items are shipped, Hazy Bunny is not responsible for missing, incorrectly delivered, or misplaced packages. If we receive a package sent back, you will NOT receive a refund for shipping fees and will have to pay an additional shipping fee to have it shipped again.
DELIVERY CLAIMS
We are not responsible for lost packages that show delivered by the carrier. Refunds will not be issued. You will need to reach out to the carrier (USPS or UPS) for a refund.
PLEASE NOTE, we mostly use USPS First Class Package shipping however, I strongly suggest purchasing Priority Shipping to ensure accurate tracking information. USPS is NOT required to scan First Class Packages until it reaches the destination post office.
