REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Everything is final sale; no exchanges or refunds. You have 24 hours from placing your order to inform me of any changes or cancellations. You may email me at hello@hazybunny.com

All ingredients are included in the description and will also be included in your package so please read carefully as we are not responsible for any reactions. Please be noted that every item is handcrafted at home and the same equipment may be used for certain products. Although our equipment is sanitized after usage & very thoroughly, if you have severe allergies, purchase at your own discretion. By purchasing you understand that we are not responsible once it's shipped.

SHOULD there be any exceptions to the refund policy and I issue you a refund, it will NOT including shipping fees if it's already shipped. That is a totally separate entity and will not be refunded back. 

PROCESSING TIME

Processing time can take anywhere from 2-4 business days. If you have a RUSH order, please contact me at hello@hazybunny.com and we can make arrangements. Please be noted that 2-4 business days is the PROCESSING time, this does not include shipping. Shipping time is dependent on the option you choose upon check out. Once shipped, the timing it takes to get to you is out of our hands.

GENERAL INFORMATION

It is your responsibility to ensure your address is correct upon check out. If you realize that your address is incorrect, please IMMEDIATELY email us at hello@hazybunny.com with your order number and the correct address. However, once items are shipped, Hazy Bunny is not responsible for missing, incorrectly delivered, or misplaced packages. If we receive a package sent back, you will NOT receive a refund for shipping fees and will have to pay an additional shipping fee to have it shipped again. 

DELIVERY CLAIMS

We are not responsible for lost packages that show delivered by the carrier. Refunds will not be issued. You will need to reach out to the carrier (USPS or UPS) for a refund.
