what is your return policy?
we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to the handmade nature of products. we can work with you, however! please email us at hello@hazybunny.com if you received a damaged package.
we cannot issue refunds or exchanges for products because you don't like the fragrance. in those cases, we recommend purchasing the 'try before you buy' trial sizes before purchasing a full size!
can i change or cancel my order after placing it?
yes and no. if you notice that something is off, please email us IMMEDIATELY. once a package has been shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to change your order.
please double and triple check your address before checking out. again, once it's been shipped, it's out of our control!
